Our Founder

Boarding School Facility for those living with autism in Nigeria is not a very popular venture. Caring for individuals on the spectrum is a combination of dedication, patience and love.

The vision of Champions vocational centre Iwoye Ota Ogun State Nigeria West Africa came by the inspiration of God Almighty and my passion for people living with Autism Spectrum.

My wealth of experience is gained from working within the health industry and being a parent of a child with the Spectrum. I knew there was a need to provide an environment where people living on the spectrum could call a second home.

The vision is to help people with the spectrum to live a more productive, happy and independent life after they complete their training at the centre.

We are combining vocational and practical life skills with prayers, counselling and coaching in order to maximize their potential and also to give hope to their parents that no child should be written off rather each child should be empowered to the maximum available capacity.

I have received support from a lot of people starting with EMEKA Ahubelem my son who is living with autism, he has accomplished various significant milestones and is now a teacher in the centre.

His siblings encouraged me with their undying love for their brother and their financial support, relentless counselling and advise.

Special thanks to Mrs Dotun Akande my adviser and mentor about autism.
